Resurfacing Contractors Ltd transformed this Southampton property’s frontage with a new 110 m² resin bound driveway, charcoal block edging and a new dropped kerb. The complete project was delivered within five days.
The existing driveway
The original frontage featured a mixture of older block paving and gravel, with vegetation around the entrance. Our work brought these separate areas together into a consistent finish across the driveway and up to the house and garage.
Materials and finish
We installed resin bound surfacing using the Daltex Cappuccino blend. Its warm, natural aggregate tones complement the property’s red brickwork and create a welcoming approach to the front door.
The perimeter was edged with Tobermore Shannon blocks in Charcoal, providing a contrasting border that defines the driveway’s shape. Neat detailing around the entrance, planting areas and recessed access cover completes the finish.
New dropped kerb
Alongside the driveway installation, we installed a new dropped kerb to provide vehicle access from the road, completing the transformation from the property frontage through to the pavement crossing.
The result
Completed within five days, the project gives the property a coordinated frontage with a continuous resin bound surface, clearly defined borders and a new vehicle entrance.
